When I signed on to have Ashley help me with my Pinterest I had no idea how much she would actually help me! I figured something is better than nothing. But she when she took over, she optimized my Pinterest, updated my profile to look professional, optimized my boards so that it looked consistent with my branding and website, and then created multiple new pins and scheduled them.
